How does LogBook work?
LogBook has developed a proprietary data gathering and analysis system that consolidates valuable insights about logistics locations into one centralized platform. Our solution significantly reduces the complexity and time associated with manual research, providing our clients with easily accessible and actionable data for their logistics needs.
How is Artificial Intelligence used at LogBook?
LogBook leverages a mix of humans and AI technology to provide a comprehensive collection of data. AI agents constantly source new information, humans in the loop help to assure a high data quality.
Why is it important to have correct locations master data?
The quality of master data is usually "everyone's problem, but nobody's job". LogBook is here to claim that job. Bad data can lead to failed delivery attempts, delays, wasted resources and worse. Use LogBooks up-to-date master data to avoid such mistakes.

How can I get my data into LogBook?
Currently we offer both a file upload (csv) or manual data entry. In the near future, you will also be able to upload data via API.
How does LogBook help me with sustainability?
Two out of the UN SDGs are very directly addressed by LogBook:8.2) By reducing the ambiguity of information and removing stale information, the economic productivity rises (less calls/email required to clarify delivery/pickup windows, wrong addresses etc)12.5) By making the recent and accurate information available, there are less misunderstandings about where something needs to go and when it should be “at the door” of a specific place, hence reducing the amount of spoiled cargo which would have turned into waste and emissions. Can I use LogBook to share my data with others?
We are currently developing two different approaches to data sharing:
On the one hand you will be able to share data publicly via a link, giving anyone the opportunity to see parts of your data that has access to the link.
On the other hand you will be able to share specific data with specific other LogBook clients, i.e. you choose who gets to see what.
What is location profiling?
Location profiling refers to the activity of analyzing and describing a logistics location and the respective capabilities on site.
At LogBook we define a catalog of properties that is used to describe a location for logistics operations and provide a platform to maintain and share that data across all stakeholders.
Where can I subscribe to LogBook services?
